The central field with chequered rectangular panel containing ivory large octagon including three smaller octagons each containing various polychrome elements enclosing two hooked square panels above and below, in a golden main broad border of polychrome quatrefoil arrow head and serrated leaf motives between reciprocal skittle pattern stripes
