The shaded brick-red field with an overall design of angular palmettes, flowerheads and leafy vine, with stylised serrated leaves enclosing palmettes in horizontal rows, in a broad sandy yellow turtle-palmette angular flowerhead vine border between ivory angular palmette vine and shaded blue flowerhead vine stripes, plain outer shaded brick-red stripe
