Shipping

We work with ASE Express, OCS, EMS, FedEx and DHL for expedited shipments (1-2 business days) and Azerbaijan Postal Service for regular shipments. All of them have proven reliable service so we continue using them. And no matter which way it is being shipped to you we will communicate with you and let you know which shipping company we are using and provide you with tracking information.

Returns

Any item we carry is unique and there is no way we'll send you something you did not order. We also guarantee that any information you get from us about any item you buy will be accurate and truthful. There is 30 days return guarantee if the rug is not custom made and for any reason you want to return it you will just have to ship it to us.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards both online and offline for your payments. You could also make your online purchase using Paypal funds if you have an account with them.

Alternative method for paying would be through a wire transfer to our bank account.

Another thing we want you to be aware of is that we are not going to charge your card before we call you to confirm the order you placed online to avoid any fradulent activity. We only charge your account at the time of actual shipment of the goods and we will notify you of this by email.
