NORTH WEST PERSIA, CIRCA 1880
The shaded indigo field with an overall lattice of bold linked arabesques
linking large-scale palmettes and delicate angular flowering vine around a
central small ivory cusped flowerhead, in a broad rust-red border of
turtle-palmettes and angular vine between shaded brown and ivory floral
meander stripes, excellent pile throughout, overall good condition
