Structure: wool pile, ivory wool warps and ivory wool wefts.

Knots: Gördes (Turkish, symmetrical)

Condition: very good

Description: The origin of the design is based on Safavid period carpets with plant motifs. Antique Kuba sumakhs in this design are very rare. One of them is published at Alberto Boralevi's "Sumakh: Tappeti tessuti del Caucaso / Flat-woven Carpets of the Caucasus (1986)", plate 23
