Size: 111x165cm Structure: Warp: wool, Z2S, ivory, lower warp ends
dyed red, upper warp ends dyed ochre (some of them dyed red), altemate warps
(left ones) slightly depressed; Weft: wool, 1Z, red-brown (Rubia
tinctorum L. + Reseda luteola L/Salvia triloba L.), 2 shoots; Ends: 3-4
cm of 1Z ochre wool kilim; Sides; four cords with 4 warps, wool, 1Z,
ochre; Pile: wool, 1Z, five colours: red (Rubia tinctorum L.), ochre,
blue 2 (indigo), brown (Reseda luteola L.?); Knots: ghiordes,
horizontal: ca. 21/10 cm, vertical: ca. 23/10 cm, ca. 483/dm2. Pattern:
'Field: on a red ground "Lotto" pattern in yellow, according to Ch.G.Ellis
in "Kilim style"; Border: in a wide, blue main stripe row of cartouches.
Condition: worn, enas and sides partly rewoven. Published: Ellis 1975 p.
