NORTH WEST PERSA, CIRCA 1890
The
shaded brick-red field around an ivory central medallion with pendants
containing a rosette centrepiece issuing palmettes and angular vine, the
stepped shaded dusty-rose spandrels similar, in an ivory border of
stylised floral sprays between rust-red floral meander stripes, inner
light blue rosette stripe, slight loss at one end, minute repairs
