Dyes: 100% natural dyes: madder, weld (Reseda Luteola), indigo, pomegranate skins, walnut husks
- all are eco-friendly and non-toxic
Materials: Handcarded and handspun wool for pile, wool warps and madder dyed red wefts (woven in the original structure)

Design: The design of this rug was inspired by the early
Caucasian 'Sunburst' design rug which were sold for a phenomenal price, $341,625, a record for any Caucasian rug at auction including the famous Abadjian Star Kazak (SNY, January 1990)
